Actually I don't think they can do this but somebody mentioned it last time there was a 269-269 thread and I found the idea funny at first. Any Dem will carry Cuyahoga County (not just DK's district), plus do really well in Akron, Toledo, and Youngstown.

Repuke country is Cincinnati and the rest of SW Ohio (incl. Dayton), and most of rural Ohio, save for a couple pockets way down on the Ohio River and Athens County, home of a very liberal college town.

The key is central Ohio, namely Columbus. If we can carry that area, Ohio is winnable. Also, many of the rural counties in the east could swing more our way due to job loss.

I think I can hammer this guy if I campaigned 24-7. I could turn seniors, laborers, and regular families on him. Chimps argument will be--i won more states (which he undoubtedly will, since he's the favorite in states where farm animals outnumber people) and that "the rule of law has been followed."

But, that being said. Congresspeople will be under intense pressure to vote for the candidate who won their states and districts (see the 1999 Mississippi gubernatorial election which went to the state house of reps.) which in all likelihood the Dem will win since he would win more populous states.

But any way you slice it it would be a fucking nightmare.

Out of the 21 swings states 344 combinations can be created. I am working on a computer program that is both interactive and prints out the resulting combinations. Does anyone know how to create all possible combinations of an ARRAY and not a SET in Turbo Pascal?
