Romney- "we ought to double Guantanamo"

I came across this quote, which I havent seen before, many of you may have.

According to the NYTimes, Romney has been quoted as saying:

"We ought to double the size of Guantanamo." He believes it is a "modern prison which treats people with dignity and respect."

Is this guy braindead? Or just a straight up liar? Maybe a mixture of both.

It is so troubling that a guy running to lead our country can make a statement like that. I would advise him to spend a weekend down there. Man this guy makes me sick.
