may have too much baggage to carry and withdraw. I can see Holder and Clinton being victims of the GOP slowdown. So much for cooperation.
I think Obama may have to use recess appointment power to fill many slots. It will be rough going for the new administration and I hope there is a backup team ready.
Just my opinion.

Democrats run the schedules. And those important positions like that, can't wait with the current problems. Repukes just don't have that kind of power.

8. Democrats can pick off 4 Republicans to keep that from happening |
|
And they aren't going to holdup a fellow Senator like Clinton. And Holder isn't that controversial. Sessions and Hatch have already said they will support him.

Moreover, he will be the CIC in a time of war. The Cheney has shown the nation that combination is the key to doing whatever a CIC damn well pleases.

3. Obama seems to have chosen a Cabinet likely to meet only token |

opposition from the Pukes in the Senate.
It looks to me like all Obama's picks are a lot smarter than the Republican Senators who may object to them, plus we got the votes and they don't.

4. I doubt Clinton will be |

She is a Senator and Dick Lugar, the ranking member of the SFRC is unlikely to back anything that has no merit.
