Why do we need all this public religiosity at the inauguration |

in the first place? All this tussling over who's going to say what to the Big Empty kind of confirms my sense that secular government is the way to go. I know I don't speak for other atheists/agnostics, but if I did I'd say, "We told you so."

Doesn't mean there should be anything religious at the inauguration, but it's always going to be there.
