If a writer somewhere in the world has an unpublished English-language manuscript, then shouldn't the writer have an opportunity to email the UN in New York, with the manuscript included as an attachment to the email? The UN would forward the attached manuscript to Iran for either:
A --> Guarantee that publication won't elicit a fatwa from Iran calling for the writer's death, and a guarantee that publication won't elicit an offer of money for an assassin to kill the writer
or
B --> a specification of the first paragraph that rises to the level of crime, in the opinion of theocratic authorities in Iran, serious enough to warrant the death penalty
