2. Does he want his wife taped peeing?
They are both supposed to be private, unobstructed rights. People like this only want their oppositions rights violated and not their own. We call em scum!

3. considering all the different ways
to register to vote, including when getting a driver's license, this is not a very practical suggestion. In at least one state (Kansas) you can simply print up the rorm, fill it out, and mail it in. Are we all supposed to provide videos of THAT process.

That man is an idiot.

5. Doubtful
If he is wanting to video me filling out a form, he is going to literally get a handful. Under current state practices, I am entitled to a private place to do this.

Considering I have an expectation of privacy, he is going to get mooned and a loud fart in his general direction if he wants to video me.

6. Context would matter
If you are doing the form at a registration table in a public place he can video it, though how close would be a fair question. At a reasonable distance there would be no legitimate expectation of privacy. In states with motor voter etc, I have never seen where there was a "private place" to fill in registration forms.

As far as mooning him and farting in his general direction, feel free, I don't agree with what he stands for. I am not supporting his actions so much as pointing out that while in public anyone can be photographed or filmed, despite claims to the contrary.

7. True.
In Oklahoma, the form for registration can be printed out. There is no requirement to fill it out in front of an official. Just hand carry it or mail it to the county clerk.
