Organic weed control
A little noisy, but effective.

Me and my shadow.

1. I need some of those!
The deer in my yard are much too selective in what they eat. They only eat the plants I want to keep and ignore the crabgrass and weeds.

the second one reminds me of notes on sheet music. The hills are alive with the sound of baaaing.

3. Yep. You have to get yourself some grazers
rather than browsers.

2. So pastoral
I love these but I only have iPhone connection for a couple of days. I think the terraces are shown best in the second one but it is a hard call. Excellent subject for this contest, and they all look very peaceful.

6. Sigh
A good sigh. A wow sigh. A because it is green and tranquil and needed kind of sigh. I love these. The sheep really add something to the vineyards. I like the first 3 the best though 4 is beautiful too. Not going to ruin the mood by trying to pick just one.

7. Your wonderful vineyard - without snow - because the sheep ate it all up.
How magnificent these scenes are! I also love the way you present them, coming in from way outside to give us more and more information til we get to see them outlined close up and sun lit.
The creepy feel of the second one (the lines of which I love) gets immediately explained in shot three.
Love this work and love how you put it together.
In my childhood I was surrounded by vineyards (sometimes, we moved around) so they speak to me doubly.

9. This is the Joseph Phelps Vineyard outside St Helena
Taken from a back road on the way to what I was intending to shoot, Lake Hennesey. I never got there. :)
