Wasn't it FUSSDIRAG. Foreign U. S. Selected Dictators Involved in Genocide? I remembered the first four letters were "fuss", the last three was "rag", and there was a "d" in there in between. I think that is right.

The guest tonight either didn't get the Stephan was not for real, or he was really good at putting on an act. He really got into the argument about drugs.
