Can anyone, here, explain to me why NeoCons Still Control Bush II?

Michael Duffy from RW "Time" reports that Bush ditched the "Iraq Study Group" proposals in favor of the "American Enterprise Institutes" (AEI) proposals by Neo-Cons as the "New Way Forward."

The "New Way Forward" is Killing us .....so why do the "Neo-Cons" still have his ear? What is it about them that he still will throw over the "Will of American People" to cater to these folks?

HELP! I just don't get it...

Some people have to work at being a failure in everything they do but with Bush it's natural.
