?'s about Congress and the Chimp-in-Chief.
Though Congress can give authorization for the Chimp-in-Chief to use military force, can they take it away in a similar fashion?

If not, should the Congress be given that power, on the pretext that the current Comm.-in-Chief is not acting in the best interests of the people and the nation? You know, like that situation we are in now.

1. They could repeal the authorization
But Bush could veto it.

Their most powerful power in this regard is that Congress holds the purse string.
