By saying that perhaps the need to revisit the original FISA law, they are tacitely admitting that he has already broken it, otherwise there would be no need to even consider changing it. Look at the first sentence here-the rest of the article is nothing but a vehicle for the right (Rush is quoted as a credible source?) in the NYT the same instrument that brought you Whitewater AND the war in Iraq.

Clinton had a 60% approval rating during his impeachment, and was a popular figure worldwide. OF COURSE there was a backlash over the republican witch hunt.
