With this evidence, why hasn't Ann Coulter been charged with a felony?

A poster on Huffingtonpost brought up something REALLY very interesting:

"Actually, Ann Coulter lives in Palm Beach, Florida, though she has a vested interest in not allowing the truth to be widely known.

You see, she voted in the wrong district in 2004. In Florida, this is a class three felony.

The MSM that Ann hates and fears has failed to pick this up, however. Only the local papers have bothered with it; the story hasn’t gained much traction.
