Wal-Mart has announced that they will be lowering prices on over 10,000 items that they carry in their stores. But are they doing this to help struggling consumers, or is this a business plan aimed at increasing their tanking sales? Mike Papantonio appears on Fox News' Bulls and Bears to tell us why the latter option is most likely the correct one.

2. Sounds like how Winn-Dixie put Piggly Wiggly stores out of business
I expect our grocery chains with union workers will take a hit when W/M lowers their prices. People are desperate even if this reduction is temporary. If they can steal customers, they will. Then if other stores close down W/M will raise their prices back.

4. Here's a panel of blow-hards once again touting tax cuts.
"We just don't get it do we..." Well after eight years of that mantra, no it doesn't make sense to anyone but the richest bastards in this bankrupt country.

8. I think I just saw the beginning of equating Walmart prices with taxes
soon the public will believe that Walmart controls taxes - I won't be surprised if that is what people think

5. Local Wal-Mart:
Milk = $2.10 half gallon
Beer = $9.00 12 pk

Local Kroger:
Milk = $1.67 half gallon
Beer = $8.25 12 pk

Just 2 of the things I checked.

W/M might be cheaper on cheap electronic stuff, but the stuff we need to live(yes, beer) costs more there.

DOG, I can't stand FAKE News...

15. well, you and I both know it did...
and I remember a ...MADE IN AMERICA... banner hanging over the aisle facing the door, as you came into the store..I'm sure if you have searched google, you have run across...."In Sam We Trust"..published in 1998..the first chapter tells what happened...and that Made in America...was a fact...imo...in this short synopsis...it gives a clue, and the last sentence tells exactly what happened to "MADE IN AMERICA"...shame on us...wb...
