Just a suggestion, appoint Ralph Nader to the Supreme Court. There's no single individual with more experience or who's played a more effective role in advocating for the positive legislation we've enjoyed for decades especially in the area of consumer protection. Plus, since the Republicans think they'll be taking over the nation anytime now, the older the candidate the more likely they'll fail to obstruct.

I want Stevens' seat safe from a judicial activist Federalist Society/wingnut replacement for at least a generation.
