Latest projection shows Franken winning by 275!
And that's not even including the absentee ballots!

Of course, some fluke could cause a change between now and
Friday, but this is the projection based on the activity so
far:

4. I want O'Lielly to choke on the words "Senator Franken"
At the very least, someone on his show will eventually say those words...

and then his head explodes...

:nuke:

3. I want him to win as well
but you never know what the Republicans will do to try to steal the election. It also depends on the outcome of the awarding of the challanged ballots by the canvassing board. People don't celebrate yet, it's not over, until it's over.

7. What amazes me here at DU is how some cannot accept a narrow Coleman win
without claiming that the election was stolen. Minnesota has a Democratic Secretary of State and may have the most honest elections in the country with no provisional ballots since voters may register at the polls. Sometimes the Democratic candidate loses fair and square even if the election is close. Not everything is a vast Republican conspiracy to steal elections.

The problem with endeavors conducted by humans have a margin of error and I believe in this election it is .002% and this election is so close that its margin is smaller than the MOE of the election process. I am sure that if recounts were done in other elections that were not close that the exact same problems would exist, but they are magnified more here due to the closeness of the election. I would love to see Franken win, but if he does not I will not pout about it or accuse the Republicans of stealing the election and I am sure that Franken would never do that either because he has said that MN elections are fair and honest, albeit not perfect.
