He has to have a source on the inside to be able to say this sort of thing, yet I have never heard him get any more specific about this than the word. And I do not recall a single reporter asking what he means when he talks about this erasing. I can't believe that Leahy is making this assertion without any foundation. Withholding looks to be likely, but erasing...? What does he know that we do not?
