Ariana Huffington Calls Rove's Rap Dance "Creepy"
She was just on Larry King. They tried to portray it all (at last night's dinner) as such a hoot. But she just kept calling it creepy. Thanks Ariana!

I know its wrong to judge someone by their appearance but I cannot look at him without feeling queasy. If evil were to be personified, I would imagine it would look just like him.

7. She related it to all the things happening in the country

Larry and the others weren't happy with her sticking a pin in their balloon. But she stuck to her guns. It was good she didn't cave just to get along.

And the AA man in the video appeared bewildered. Can't say I blame him.

What a couple of asshats!!
Rove and the other white haired geezer doing the gang signs.
Ignorant slobs!

14. I know....I had to watch it though...the fascination with how far they will
go got the best of me...but as much as you know how bad they are...watching the FULL video...makes you just cringe. Best to avoid...but believe it was awful how little they think of the country that gave them so much. :-(

Just curious what you think, I have not seen the clip.

16. Well here's a thought
His jumping in and going with the flow at the event might have been him trying to get us to believe he's not worried about all the accusations flying around about him.

You know - his version of whistling past the graveyard.

24. Yes, just like he smiled and mugged for the camera when called by Fitz to the Grand Jury
I was thinking that he was putting on a big act then, and he is again.
He would have certainly been indicted by Fitz if he hadn't come up with the fake email and bought an alibi.

Makes me cringe and I turn the channel. ASAP! blah!

Like Cheney and Bush.
None of them seems sober much.

In downtown L.A. or Philly or the Apollo Theater in NYC.

Then we'll see some entertainment.

19. reminds me of Charles Forster Kane...
In Citizen Kane when he's dancing with the dancing girls.

The over top stupidity of gross indulgence based upon an gigantically inflated ego that anything he does is okay.

dance while you can pig boy, you won't be dancing much longer.

Watching that fiasco made me think of Kim Jong-il. He has that same insane look on his face and that creepy smile.

23. Good point.
How often do we hear ridicule rightly laid upon Kim Jong-Il's bizarre behavior? And then how different is Rove? Especially to non-Americans?

So Kim Jong-Il kidnaps South Korean soap opera stars, scores about 45 whenever he plays golf, and bowls 300 each time he hits the lanes. Karl Rove poses as a gangsta and pantomimes animal decapitation. Who's really crazy?

21. What was worse
than watching Rove was watching the press hootin' and hollerin' with him and laughing their asses off, having a wonderful time. You wonder why at the next presser there will be very few tough questions? They are all social friends and in this whole thing together.

26. I thought the dance was pretty funny.
What amazed me was the arrogance, the hubris that these guys display by attending the event in the first place, knowing their antics will be on national media. They act like they have high approval ratings. They act like they're not felons. That was just jaw-dropping stupidity.

The dance? No better or worse than what I could do. But I'm not facing congressional subpeonas.
