Charles Rangel was one of three people who made the need for health care reform during the all night Congressional Rules Committee meeting and Thursday's meeting come to life.

He spoke from the heart and was one of the few that made me really cognizant of how important HCR is to minority communities. If anyone saw him talk on this topic in November, you would hopefully realize his value.
