But I have never heard a single one of them explain, exactly which Constitutional provision Obama was destroying.

When Bush was President, it was clear that he was violating the 1st Amendment, when people were being arrested for wearing the wrong t-shirt at a public function; and that he was violating the 4th Amendment with his illegal domestic surveillance programs; and the 8th Amendment with his torture policies; and that he suspended Habeas Corpus with regards to at least one American citizen, and all of the detainees at GITMO and in black site prisons around the world . . .

But what, exactly do the Teabaggers think Obama has done? Can someone help me out, here?

Which basically breaks down to "The Constitution says whatever we say it says". When they are abusing power they say "It doesn't say anywhere in the Constitution we can't do that!!!!" When they say we are abusing the Constitution they say "Where in the Constitution does it say you can do that!!!???"

I've been told that Obama is shredding our Constitution with the bailouts and heathcare reform. People who say this claim that GWB was just "keeping us safe" when I bring up all the shitting he did on the Constitution and that a Commander in Chief has a right to do that at wartime.
