Fox News: Goodwin Liu "Under Fire"

President's 9th Circuit Court nominee draws criticism

A Fox Host states that Obama nominee Goodwin Liu "is stirring up some controversy" and interviews conservative Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton who calls Liu "a leading liberal activist," the "leader of the opposition" who wants to expand the equal protection clause to "require allowing" same sex marriages and other "radical views."

Wow, he must really be an excellent nominee to warrant this type of special treatment by Fox and their allies.
