I mean, even if it were true, whatever happened to the Second Amendment? I mean, even if these IRS agents were to carry guns, wouldn't they just be exercising their Constitutional Right to Bear Arms?

First the statement is a lie, Secondly, the increase of IRS personal is far less so the claimed cost that Paul is trying to claim is not real, Thirdly, he is just trying to scare his half brained followers. The right to bear arms isn't even involved in this.
