Mark Levin, right-wing nut-case, says Repubs should delay SC nomination...
... until after the election, so they can prevent a "liberal" like John Paul Stevens from being nominated by Barack Obama.

I suspect the Republican Party will be listening to people like Mark Levin?

Can the Democrats make them pay a political price for such tactics?
