Hillary Clinton- Supreme Court Justice?

I heard some word about this earlier via the news. I don't think she's a person that is particularly being seriously considered by the President- but what do you guys think? I think she'd be terrific, however I'd still prefer someone about 50 or perhaps even younger. Get a good justice on there and let them hold that post for 20 years or so.

Thoughts people? Who are you rooting for? I'm leaning towards Elena Kagan, Napalitano, and perhaps even Granholm.

I'm under the strong impression that Elena Kagan is gay, and everyone knows Napalitano is a lesbian in hiding(That's not sarcasm, I'm being quite literal).

Right now, she's grown into her new job and is quite effective, although you'll never hear that from hardcore Hillary bashers. She's had a lot of damage to repair from the last 8 years and she's managing to do it in record time, assisted by the fact that Obama is decidedly not Stupid.

4. Here, here. How many appointments do you think Obama will get? He may well replace Ginsburg before

his first term ends to! Imagine that- even if we lost the 2012 election we could hypothetically still lock the current composition. Especially if Breyer is smart and retires(Although I'm not sure how his health is, he may be feeling fine and ready to last three more terms).

It's hard to tell what Obama will do. I didn't think he'd pick Sotomayor but he did, controversy be damned. So he just might do the same again and pick Clinton.

He said he had heard her name. Given that bloggers and pundits have speculated about it for the past few days, I'd hardly say that Hatch is the one who "brought it up."

8. I'm sure she can handle it, but few can handle what she's doing now.

I think she's far more valuable to the POTUS and to the USA as SoS than she would be as one of nine on SCOTUS. Plus, I think someone younger would be better.
