He's a "both sides do it" type, no matter what the reality says.

I can't watch him.

am learning how to watch Ratigan. I think he really wants to point out the weaknesses in our congress. Sometimes he does seem to parallel them unfairly but when they weaken a good bill for bi-partisanship it's wrong. He had Pence on one day and I couldn't watch it.
