Does anyone know where I can find a duplicate census form

Ours came in the mail with parts of it torn off. I assumed they would send another one, but no such luck.

Seriously, I don't know but a census worker will probably call on you at home.

2. Yeah, it's weird though, because last census they sent new ones every week

if you didn't mail yours in. I know the post office doesn't have them. I checked.

They have to do it at your door at this point anyway, whether you have your form or not, so you may as well wait for them to come by.

Didn't get a 2010 Census form? It's not too late to be counted!! You can call our Questionnaire Assistance line at 1-866-872-6868 and give your answers over the phone. Don't be left out of the count for your community.

I just finished the call. Relatively quick and painless. We may still be visited by a census worker but maybe not.

Two of us were helped in just this one thread. We can't be the only ones who had damaged census forms or lost our forms or........

I'm sure it's been posted before but I think it's okay to post it more than once. We certainly want 100% participation from our DU friends.
