Oh! My! God!

Over my third cup of coffee this morning I had a revelation.
Or maybe it was a VISION?
And it's SO simple.

We just get Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, Jr., Creflo Dollar, and John Hagee to come down to the gulf coast and part the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
These boys have a Hotline to God and I know they can do it.

Then Halliburton/KBR, etc. can just drive their HUGE ol' yeller machines out to the well and cap it.
Or nuke it.
Or something.

It would have to be a no-bid, cost PLU$ contract, but of course money-is-no-object in a situation like this.

I may win a Nobel for this.

amurrika's liberal policy on gays means that god will actually smite the fuck out of anyone who tries to keep him from punishing the gay-adjacent.

I say we round up the phelps family and their homophobic little dogs too and use them to plug the leak. If god really loves them, he'll save them by putting a magic bubble of holy hot air around them, otherwise they'll just be martyrs. Sigh. Let's flip a coin.

4. No no it is even simpler than that.

Just get a ship and fit it out to carry all the televangelist and anchor them over the leaking pipes....they could televise it live as they prayed to god to stop the leaking oil and all that stinky stuff.
No doubt about it the oil would stop flowing and we could just give them a bunch of money for their good godly work....much cheaper than Halliburton no bid.
