There are some here who believe that the comment, because it is linked to an actual case,
can be stated as the Brown supporter did....and that's Brown's reaction of smiling was well...
kinda of ok.
NEWSFLASH! It wasn't ok....not even a little bit!
In fact, because Brown was holding a Megaphone when this was said,
and yet failed to use it, it means Brown flunked even the low standard Bush Bullhorn moment
that he could have had.
This makes him a bystander, not a leader!
Here's what's happening with that story.
'Curling iron' rape remark leveled at Martha Coakley by Scott Brown supporter may burn GOPerhttp://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/2010/01/18/2010-01-18_curling_iron_rape_remark_leveled_at_martha_coakley_by_scott_brown_supporter_may_.html
far as I'm concerned, Brown failed the leadership test, bigtime!
and it will show that whatever Coakley didn't understand about Baseball,
Mr. Brown failed to understand something more important still;
That no matter what, trashy ugly nasty comments cannot be allowed to stand
in reference to any woman, and yet they did. period.
He Mucked up his Truck, IMO!

please know that if a male Democrat would have allowed that to be said,
against a female opponent, the corporate media would have been on this 24/7,
with a loop-D-loop on it being said, and a slow mo of the Democrat's reaction.
I still remember the Obama/Palin "Pig lipstick" controversy from the General election;
the media wouldn't let go.
