Driving in my car listening to him, almost got into a wreck cuz I couldn't get home fast enough to get on DU; to turn on msnbc....

President Obama will be holding a press conference at 8:00 pm. The state of Hawaii has confirmed that there is a discrepancy on Obama's birth certificate - the doctor who signed it, Maynard Reese, was not a practicing physician in the state of Hawaii when Obama was born. Hopefully Obama will be able to produce the correct birth certificate. He went on and on.

He was so convincing...he is going to get it...

I come home, turn on the news, nothing! lol - he got me good....

6. There is no Progressive/Liberal AM talk radio here in San Diego, CA.

I found four AM radio stations last night that were mainly talk/news. They were the only ones that weren't majority music.

All had a severe Conservative slant. One even had it's home webpage proudly display images of Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Rick Roberts.

Even the AM radio station that had the moniker "Progressive Talk" really called itself Independent Conservative talk in the "About Us" section on the web site.

So, AM is dead to me here in San Diego.

So, all the talk radio stations in San Diego are Conservative, even though the county's voter registration as of the 2008 election was evenly split between Democratic and Republican.

That was much better than the last Presidential election when 55% of the registered voters were Republican. It was a net 10% gain for Democrats over 4 years in San Diego. Yet, no Democratic/Progressive/Liberal talk radio.

Even a moderate/centrist talk station would have been much better than the junk I listened to yesterday.
