The SEC obviously needs this burden-- at the same time when they are trying to delve into the dealings of the giant vampire squid-- like a hole in the head. (Let's hope their time management skills and personal work ethics among some of their Senior Staff have suddenly gotten a whole lot better.)

Those guys were like peas in a pod and I don't think many smart people doubted that Issas was crooked as well. Not sure why they didn't take him down?
