IQ is the ability to learn.

Intelligence is how smart you actually are.

NAFTA, support for Iraq, Korean Free Trade Agreement, Afganistan surge, Repeal of Glass-Steagall Act, etc etc....

At LEAST one of those three is responsible for each of the above. And each of the above has been damaging to America.

Although Bush tried to fast track it he didnt get it done in time. The conservative Canadian PM was replaced by a LIberal one who promised to derail it. He and Clinton renegotiated changes to the bill. Clinton introduced clauses to protect American workers and also required U.S. partners to adhere to environmental practices and regulations similar to its own.

I saw Hillary's speech. She & Holbrooke were friends for years. The anecdote of Holbrooke following her into the the ladies' room in Pakistan drew much laughter.
