Cain knows that he is not a serious contender and never was, that he is just in it for the book sales of the present and future and the other possible money makers a presidential candidate can grab onto. Now would be about the time to duck out for him.

He's about at his peak now, and the more he opens his mouth from here on in, the more it becomes apparent he is not serious about running. The media is starting to turn on him and it's time to cash out.

Controversy is always a good sales booster and attention getter and the timing is just about right for Herb...

Eve though I voted in this poll, does it really matter? Perry is toast. Cain is done. The republicans will never allow a mormon in the white house. They have no one left. And whoever turns up on top, will never have the votes to defeat Obama. How come the republicans can't get a decent player? Because no one supports their idiotic ideas.

It really doesn't matter since this story was bound to come out eventually. But, with Romney being the favorite and Gingrich the next in line for the "I'm not Mitt Romney!" Republican sweepstakes, they have the most to gain.
