the end timers will pick for their end of days scenario? Saw this article on the dead birds dropping out of the sky in Arkansas and some website called Wecanknow.com . The website is putting up billboards warning of the pending doom on May 21. I sure hope none of these people commit suicide when May 21st turns out to be as normal as May 22nd.

1. You don't get it when it comes to the end times stuff, here is the answer:
In the end times the faithful are supposed to fall away, belief in God/Bible will dwindle way down.

That will happen more easily if we keep feeding people false dates, it will eventually erode their faith.

That is Lucifer's plan and he uses these folks/churches to help make that happen - keep lying and the faithful will lose faith.

Which is what was really predicted all along....

But then, there is something else altogether that folks here seem to forget/ignore - the bible was not America centric, yet the book sellers keep selling books to people here based on such things.

Faith must falter, people must be disappointed and turn away, and only then can the anti-christ rise to power - and these stupid, false, predictions are part of our... err part of the plan.

3. Oh, Atheist. Ok, End times: The sun burns out. Climate change/etc, moot point, universe cares not
what you and I do, we are all doomed, live it up and have a few. If you really care about future generations use up all the resources on this doomed planet and build space ships because no matter what you do the earth is screwed.

Better? ;)

in which all the stuff that these end-of-timers have been purchasing up on credit with no intent on paying it back; will come due...

They figure by this date, they will all be raptured and the consequences of their credit-based lifestyles will be wiped clean.

Yes, there are folks out there like this...
