The ultimate health care compromise would be having a robust public options compete aganist for-profit insurance corporations across state line. That would be ultimate deal made by progressive and the Republicans because it lets the market determine the winner of the war.

The free market is ultimate decider whether the government robust public options win or the private for-profit insurance corporations win. There is nothing wrong for the government to introduce a robust public option into the marketplace and let it compete aganist for-profit insurance corporations.
