092BBF Black letters on white background. Neighbor's house robbed couple months ago and some ass in the alley stopped their red car and was standing on top of it looking over the fence. Pissed me off.

9. I don't know if the police have a book

with different plates in it, but when I worked at a night club years ago the bouncers had a book with a picture of each state's driver's license in it so that they could spot fakes. If you are friendly with any cops, it might be worth asking about. Good luck.
