Most put money, power, authority, war, killing, and political/material privilege above the Lord their God, so exactly how does it follow that they believe that they will go to to their heavenly reward after they pass away?

I posed this question once to a Jehovah's Witness, who was a co-worker of mine quite some time ago, and who often gave me pamphlets of theirs to read. Why did he not give up all of his money and material possessions, move to a truly poor country, and then devote the rest of his life in service to his Jehovah, and help the most poverty-stricken on the planet, like Mother Theresa did?

He never gave me an answer and looked very lost in thought...heh!!
