Defiant Palin Sticks to Guns, Bludgeons Critics
SATIRE (http://thedesperateblogger.com/2011/01/defiant-palin-sticks-to-guns-bludgeons-critics/)

In an exclusive interview with fellow Fox News personality Sean Hannity scheduled to air this evening, former half-term Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is certain to stir up even more controversy with a surprisingly blunt attack against those who have recently criticized her use of violent rhetoric.

Nearly 12 hours of videotaped run-throughs of the program furnished to The Desperate Blogger by a socialist Obama administration mole planted within the Fox network reveal a defiant Palin who speaking within the comfort zone of her employers New York studios goes on the offensive against those she calls, enemies of freedom.

Anyone who would suggest that we limit the rights to free speech granted under the 18th Amendment whether mine or anybody elses is an enemy to democracy and freedom who would destroy our country, Ms. Palin said at one point, seemingly prompting Hannitys right-hand to slip down the front of his trousers where it remained for the duration of the interview. If the bleeding-hearts are so worried about what some looney-tunes might do when they hear someone calmly discussing the issues of the day on radio or TV, then maybe what we need to do is think about coddling the crazies a little less.

When asked her opinion of how she would fare were she to seek and win the GOP Presidential nomination in 2012 in a head-to-head debate against President Obama, Palin came out guns blazing:

From what I can see, the President reminds me a lot of that caribou on my TV show. He can look very pretty some might even say majestic standing up there. But me or any other well armed Republican is gonna have more than enough ammunition to shoot down his policies and, in the end, will wind up eating him for lunch. I would welcome a straight up, one-on-one duel with him any time, anywhere.

The recently embattled Palin, whose reality TV series Sarah Palins Alaska was garnering so few viewers that even The Learning Channel noticed, and whose Blood Libel comment in the wake of the media uproar over the recent Tucson shootings has decimated matzoh sales in Bible Belt states, was visibly more comfortable and confident in the last few run-throughs after make-up artists were able to resolve the problem of her talking points smudging every time she and interviewer Hannity high fived each other.

In a related story, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange blasted Foxs Sean Hannity for comments he made last Friday suggesting that the United States should go in and take all the oil from Kuwait and Iraq. Its one thing to give people a puzzle to put together, an irate Assange told reporters, but its another to just spoon feed them the entire plan.

27. Something disturbing about your apparent love for Palin, Betty
You have no problem disparaging this DUer's parents and sister with the VERY SAME ATTACK you found so despicable when used against Sarah Palin.

I'm talking about this magniloquent ditty: "even if your mom had Dad;s foreskin made into jelwery, and your sister had yours"

That's some thinly disguised bullshit right there, Betty.

Duel

Shoot down

Ammunition

Well Armed

"maybe what we need to do is think about coddling the crazies a little less.

How prescient of you to say that, Scarah, but you already have demonstrated quite vividly in words and images, what you think needs to be done about those who would oppose your rightwing Dominionist Christian POV.

8. "I would welcome a straight up, one-on-one duel with him." No - she - didn't.
Okay, a school here in Minnesota just fired a school coach from his job for saying he'd like to punch the President. He is also a boxer.

Let's stop the silly talk about whether she could still run for President and start discussing that she should be shunned by the media.

This is absolutely HORRIFIC.

And how dare she call people looney tune, or crazy. It's called mental illness, more polarizing and dehumanizing speech from this woman.

She is nobody. A half-term governor. A reality star. A "pundint".

Yeah sure, that is why she always has her assistants pre-screen every question that might be asked of her beforehand during her speeches, and is also why she refuses to appear on any network talkshow other than Faux, because she considers them to be part and parcel of the liberal MSM.

Why would President Obama agree to a "duel" with her anyway?

Just more faux bravado scatology from Caribou Barbie, to spoonfeed to her equally delusionial whackjob rightwing supporters.

She holds no political office, and will have to declare her candidacy and then successfully debate vs and then defeat the other Rethuglican candidates first, before she (very unlikely) could win the RNC's nomination as the GOPs candidate for POTUS.

She could never make it through the Rethuglican presidential candidates' debates gauntlet. She wouldn't be able to get away with her fancy talking points word salads with folksy dressings in a serious debates environment, and her opponents' questions wouldn't be scripted and the answers given to her in advance. She couldn't use any of her hand-scribbled & palmed "lifelines" either...heh!!

Edit: I missed seeing the satire lead-in, and didn't click the link, but it doesn't matter, as she has been quoted as stating very much the same thing in the past.
