Just my 2 cents about the Penn State matter....
Joe Paterno and Mike McQueary should go to jail and all those Penn State students rioting because their sacred football coach got fired should all consider who they'd be rioting for if it were their child that was getting raped by that scumbag Jerry Sandusky.

Get a grip you asswipes. How many of you morons will have a job when you graduate but you're going to riot over a stupid football coach.

This is what passes for higher education in Pennsylvania?

1. Not alll of Pennsylvania, only Penn State, located in the heart of Pennsyltucky.
Penn State is a glorified football program, with a university attached.

5. You're correct. Not fair to indict the entire state because of dirtbags in State College.

4. Many of the rioters have been arrested. Hang in there, John, more will be revealed.
Sounds like they've uncovered just the tip of the iceberg.

Hang in there. ;)

6. Accessory to Rape
The common law rule on accessory after the fact requires that a defendant have knowledge that a felony was committed and aided or assisted the felon in some way to avoid being caught by the authorities

8. McQueary followed PA law by reporting what he saw to Paterno.
PA law needs to be changed to require direct reporting to the police and/or CPS -- as in the vast majority of states.

9. McQuery did the opposite of abetting. He told other people.
Granted, he didn't tell LEA, but he did try (minimally) to report it to those above him in the workplace.
