**Latest Boebert v Frisch: State of the race, SOS: 551 Boebert lead w 26/27 counties finalized**

Updated again at 8:25 PM MT
A difference of 0.16% Recount is all but a certainty, especially if, as Denver Post is reporting, the remaining county, Moffatt, has only 25 votes (due to be reported Fri AM). Sigh... I had REALLY hoped Boebert would be behind going into a recount.

2 more counties outstanding...

UPDATE 6:32 PM. Denver Post is reporting that only one county remains (not sure why SOS does not reflect that) and that county (Moffatt) has stated they only have 25 votes to update. So that says Boebert will keep her lead and this will go to a recount. Damn.... how disappointing.

Only Moffat County still had ballots left to report in Colorado’s massive 3rd Congressional District as of Thursday night. A representative of the Moffat County Clerk’s Office told The Denver Post they plan to report a final tally of just 25 remaining ballots Friday.

The straggling tallies reported by election clerks in Mesa, Pueblo and other counties on Thursday came from ballots mailed by Colorado voters outside of the state, which could be counted so long as they arrived by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday. Ballots requiring additional signature verification could be counted until then as well.

Fingers crossed, this would be the sweetest victory if Frisch can pull it off.

4. AP is stating night of vote tallies. This is the after-vote which CO allows 8 days

to be received and counties to adjudicate including day of election mailed ballots from out-of-country and military and cured ballots. So AP's estimate is immaterial.

Today is the deadline and thus at this moment, 21/27 counties in CD-03 have updated the SOS on their finals.

as today is the SOS deadline--for everything and we are up to 24/27 have reported in CD-03. I don't know which counties are the last three but it is clearly going to come to a recount, regardless and. Any counts beyond this will be recounts.
